I was extremely inspired by Spain. A common theme I noticed across cities was the juxtaposition of the old with the new. Be it architecture, food or language (Spanish and Catalan).
There are two things which you shouldn’t miss. First is Marzipan or mazapan, which Toledo is known for. The second is Manchego cheese.
