The Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe |
I wish I could capture the entire church, but I’m still an amateur photographer.

You probably can’t read the plaque. This is Señor Vallarta, after whom the city is named. Since I had such a great time, I thought he deserved a mention on this blog post 🙂
Also a must-see is the El-Malecon beach boardwalk. It’s a lovely promenade with beautiful statues and sand sculptures. Lots of excellent dining options too!
My favourite statue on the Malecon |
More Malecon –
Seriously good sand sculptures!
A declaration of love on the extreme left. How’s that for a little romance?
The Countryside |
One of the many carnicerias. They sure love meat! |
A country kitchen. |
I had the world’s best tacos here and I could be a professional taco eater, so that’s saying something 😉
Shrines for the dead.
The Mayan calendar. I wish I could decipher it.
And finally, I’ll leave you with this beautiful sunset over the Banderas Bay.
Happy Travels!
